Return Policy

Return Policy: You have 10 days from the day the item was shipped to return the item. All items must be pre-approved for a return by contacting avenue22boutique@gmail.com.

If an item is approved for a return, it must have all original tags still attached to it and be in new condition. (Note: New Condition means just like it was sent to you. The item cannot have been worn, altered, washed, have stains, make-up, pet hair or a cigarette smoke odor to it.) Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box INSIDE another shipping box/package. Shoes WILL NOT be accepted for a return if you simply tape the original shoe box shut and then stick a return label on it.

All returns will be for store credit unless the item was received damaged, then a refund will be issued after the item has been returned. Items that are part of a Sale, a Discount Code is used and/or Clearance items, are considered final and can not be returned. Gift cards are considered final too and can not be returned or refunded.
